Fillers in Leicester

Dermal Fillers at our Leicester clinic are a non surgical, injectable treatment that can be used to treat a variety of age related concerns, as well as to assist with facial balancing.

Many patients feel they have imperfections that would benefit from aesthetic intervention.

Filler Treatment Areas

  • nose bumps
  • crooked nose
  • nasolabial folds
  • thin lips
  • facial sagging
  • facial volume loss
  • jowls
  • ageing hands.

Why Choose Fillers in Leicester?

As we age, it is normal for volume to be lost as collagen and elastin production starts to slow.

In this instance, dermal fillers can be used to replace lost volume, plumping and filling the area so that any lines are smoothed and the skin appears lifted and more youthful.

Where facial balancing (asymmetry) or issues relating to the facial profile (non surgical nose job) are concerned, dermal fillers can be carefully placed to bring balance and harmony to the face, improving proportions, enhancing definition and rebalancing the facial structure.

A fine needle is used to administer the product beneath the skin, where it integrates with underlying tissues to increase their mass. Dermal fillers also contain a high concentration of hyaluronic acid, an essential substance that ensures the skin stays moist. When increased volume and hydration combine, the complexion transforms to look fuller and more radiant.

Here at The One Clinic, our doctors will carry out a thorough assessment of your needs before recommending the appropriate treatment plan for you. Our expertise ensures we apply the right density of filler, at the right dosage to create a naturally refreshed appearance.

Before and After Fillers

Fillers FAQ

Am I suitable for dermal fillers treatment?

A range of people can be suitable for this treatment, whether it’s to improve facial contouring and definition, or to restore a more youthful look. We assess your concerns in depth, before we determine your suitability, devising a treatment plan that is personalised just for you.

Are fillers safe?

There are many brands of filler available on the market. The One Clinic only uses FDA approved products that are of the highest quality, to ensure you receive a safe and effective result.

Is this treatment painful?

You may feel a slight scratching sensation as the injections are administered, but the use of a fine needle helps to keep discomfort to a minimum. Although this treatment is well tolerated by many patients, we offer the use of a topical numbing cream if this is preferred. Some dermal fillers will contain their own mild anaesthesia (lidocaine) meaning an additional anaesthetic product is not necessarily required.

What can I expect after treatment?

Immediately following treatment, the chosen area may become red, swollen and slightly bruised, lasting for around 24 – 48 hours. Although the treated area may feel tender, and you should avoid touching it, you should still be able to go about your day as normal.

How many treatment sessions will I need?

We usually perform dermal fillers in a single treatment session, unless your personal treatment plan outlines a series of procedures. Dermal fillers will disperse gradually, and you may find that after 12 or 18 months, you’ll want to repeat the treatments.
